Statistical Modeling of Combinational Circuits Using Path Based Delay Analysis

Silicon, 2018
In nanometer regime, the variations in process parameters and environment parameters are increased radically which motivate the use of Statistical Static Timing Analysis (SSTA). In this paper, we propose a process and environment sensitivity based, SSTA algorithm for high speed CMOS technology combinational circuits.

Statistical Power and Sample Size in PLS Path Analysis

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2014
The PLS path analysis algorithm has been used in numerous research papers in various branches of the social sciences. Prior literature has conflated the generation of coefficients without abnormally terminating, as equivalent to estimating with small samples.

A Monte Carlo evaluation of three statistical methods used in path analysis

Genetic Epidemiology, 1987
AbstractResults of a Monte Carlo study to investigate the properties of three statistical methods used extensively in path analysis of family data are presented. All three methods are based on the maximum likelihood principle and involve the assumptions of multivariate normality and large sample (asymptotic) statistical properties.

Sound transmission paths through a statistical energy analysis model

Applied Acoustics, 1990
Abstract The most common method of determining the performance of a system using statistical energy analysis is to solve a series of simultaneous equations. However, there can be many advantages in determining the performance on a path by path basis. The sound transmitted by a path is derived and the valid paths defined.

Path planning of a four-rotor aircraft based on shortest path algorithm and statistical analysis

2013 10th International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (FSKD), 2013
Nowadays, the four-rotor aircraft path planning is an important research subject. To control the single four-rotor aircraft, we propose a path pre-planning algorithm and integrate the shortest path algorithm and the statistical analysis method into the algorithm.

Statistical performance critical path analysis for service-oriented systems

Proceedings of the 45th annual southeast regional conference, 2007
In order to be efficient in service-oriented environments, performance management efforts must be focused on those services that are critical from an end-to-end perspective. This paper overviews a flexible approach to identifying these services and quantifying their criticality, via a statistical extension to the classic critical path algorithm for ...

Effect of IR-Drop on Path Delay Testing Using Statistical Analysis

16th Asian Test Symposium (ATS 2007), 2007
IR-drop has become a major source of delay defects in deep sub-micron VLSI designs. In this work, we analyze the effect of IR-drop in path-delay test and how to obtain more accurate delay information of critical paths. For possible regions with IR-drop, we perform timing analysis on these nodes such that a certain amount of voltage drop can be ...

Analysis paths of the statistical part of research work

American Journal Of Social Sciences And Humanity Research
The quality of a research work is that it is properly proportionally connected to its reliability. These analyses are components of my mechanism that form the basis of the study. Today there are several methods and usluls for determining the quality of studies.

Error analysis on the use of point rainfall statistics to predict path attenuation statistics

IEE National Conference on Antennas and Propagation, 1999
Following the deregulation of the telecommunication industry, more and more telecommunication providers are exploring new technologies to broaden their service. This is also augmented with a massive growth in demand for wide bandwidth. As a result, the industry is showing a great interest in the use of the radiowave spectrum at microwave and millimeter
