A note on background independence in AdS3 string theory
In this note, we comment on the path integral formulation of string theory on M $$ \mathcal{M} $$ × S3 × T 4 $$ {\mathbbm{T}}^4 $$ where M $$ \mathcal{M} $$ is any hyperbolic 3-manifold.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Interaction between Everett Worlds and Fundamental Decoherence in Non-Unitary Newtonian Gravity
It is shown that the non-unitary Newtonian gravity (NNG) model admits a simple interpretation in terms of the Feynman path integral, in which the sum over all possible histories is replaced by a summation over pairs of paths.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

A path integral for the chiral-form partition function
Starting from the recent action proposed by Sen [1, 2], we evaluate the partition function of the compact chiral boson on a two-dimensional torus using a path-integral formulation.
