An experimental painful peripheral neuropathy due to nerve constriction
Experimental Neurology, 1992A constriction injury to the sciatic nerve of the rat produces a painful peripheral neuropathy that is similar to the conditions seen in man. The pathology of the sciatic nerve in these animals was examined at 10 days postinjury, when the abnormal pain sensations are near maximal severity.

Zhonghua xin xue guan bing za zhi, 2009To summarize the clinical and pathological characteristics of constrictive pericarditis in China.Data from 150 patients with constrictive pericarditis who admitted to our hospital from 2000 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Constriction pericarditis was detected by echocardiography in 149 out of 150 patients.
