Inhibiting FAT1 Blocks Metabolic Bypass to Enhance Antitumor Efficacy of TCA Cycle Inhibition through Suppressing CPT1A‐Dependent Fatty Acid Oxidation

A novel RBC indicator, ESI, is better than the traditional RBC indicators and is associated with CHF prevalence and in‐hospital death. RBC membrane lipidomics, Cer 18:0;O2/16:0, and LPE 18:0, are associated with plasma volume overload and MACE in CHF patients, but these plasma lipids could not.

Adiponectin Assists Thrombopoietic Agents in ITP Treatment by Enhancing Myosin‐9/Rab6A‐Mediated Trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs

This study revealed that adiponectin facilitates the therapeutic efficiency of thrombopoietic agents by stimulating the membrane trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs, which provides a point for ITP therapy. AI‐Driven Defecation Analysis by Smart Healthcare Toilet: Exploring Biometric Patterns and Eu‐Tenesmus

A healthcare toilet system is introduced to passively measure defecation behavior. Real‐time data on stool dropping duration, thickness, and a newly defined “eu‐tenesmus” interval show correlations with stool form and gender differences. Results from 45 defecation events reveal a promising method for comprehensive defecation analysis.
