[The cardiology patient's journey].
Soins; la revue de reference infirmiere, 2011In heart surgery departments, patients follow a specific route, from the initial appointment through to the post-operative outpatient appointment. A study was carried out in 2009 in order to compare the caregivers' experience with the needs expressed by patients during this journey. It forms part of a global quality of care improvement approach.
