Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Enhancing diffusion-weighted prostate MRI through self-supervised denoising and evaluation
Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique that provides information about the Brownian motion of water molecules within biological tissues. DWI plays a crucial role in stroke imaging and oncology, but its diagnostic

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Feedback Recorrection Semantic-Based Image Inpainting Under Semi-Supervised Learning
Image semantics, by revealing rich structural information, provides crucial guidance for image inpainting. However, current semantic-guided inpainting frameworks generally operate unidirectionally, relying on pre-trained segmentation networks without a ...

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.
