Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.A migration‐permissive bioink composed of methacrylated collagen type I and thiolated hyaluronic acid enables 3D bioprinting of breast cancer‐stroma models. Single‐cell tracking reveals that adipose stromal cells enhance tumor cell motility and stromal invasion, accompanied by collagen remodeling, and a shift in tumor cell morphology.

Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.We introduce a new fabrication method that overcomes the current limitation of tubular gap electrospinning. We successfully fabricated a seamless hollow tube with fibers aligned along the longitudinal axis in diameters as small as 300 µm, and then reinforced it using 4‐axis 3D printing.
