Entropy‐Driven Physical Amplification in Multivalent Biosensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Detecting scarce molecules usually demands enzymatic amplification such as PCR. A statistical‐mechanical theory now reveals a purely physical alternative: distributing a fixed binding strength over more linker arms exponentially lowers the concentration at which multivalent sensors switch on.

From Sensing Mechanisms to System Co‐Design: Graphene‐Based Sensors and Readout Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review establishes a unified PS–EQ–RF framework linking graphene sensing mechanisms, native electrical outputs, and output‐specific readout circuits. Voltage‐, current‐, resistance‐, and capacitance‐type sensing systems are systematically classified to guide architecture selection, low‐noise design, system co‐design, and practical integration ...

A Photothermally Amplified Enzyme–Nitric Oxide Co‐Regulatory System Reprograms Pathological ECM–Fibroblast Crosstalk to Alleviate Hypertrophic Scarring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An enzyme–nitric oxide (NO) co‐regulatory strategy reprograms pathological extracellular matrix (ECM)–fibroblast crosstalk in hypertrophic scars. Enzymatic degradation of pre‐existing ECM relieves aberrant mechanical cues, while NO‐mediated fibroblast phenotypic modulation restrains excessive collagen synthesis.

The TUBA1B–G3BP2 Axis Sustains p65 Transcriptional Activity to Promote Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TUBA1B is consistently upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma and sustains malignant progression by stabilizing G3BP2. By restraining TRIM25‐associated K48‐linked ubiquitination, TUBA1B preserves the G3BP2–IκBα complex and basal NF‐κB/p65 activity. Concurrent TUBA1B/G3BP2 upregulation identifies an aggressive HCC subgroup with enhanced p65 activation ...
