Fragment Autoantigens Stimulated T‐Cell‐Immunotherapy (FAST) as a Fast Autologous Cancer Vaccine

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A personalized whole tumor cell vaccine (FAST) is developed to address immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments and genomic instability‐driven heterogeneity. Irradiation and cryoablation‐treated tumor cells generate fragmented antigens (FAs) that activate broad‐spectrum antigen presentation via upregulated immunogenic cell death, MHC‐I, and damage ...

Adiponectin Assists Thrombopoietic Agents in ITP Treatment by Enhancing Myosin‐9/Rab6A‐Mediated Trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study revealed that adiponectin facilitates the therapeutic efficiency of thrombopoietic agents by stimulating the membrane trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs, which provides a point for ITP therapy. Moreover, a novel c‐Mpl trafficking mechanism based on the Myosin‐9/Rab6A complex is constructed. These findings provide new insights into the applicability

Packaging Metal Atomic Clusters for Universal and Robust Protection through Cluster Beam Process

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Gas‐phase‐aggregated metal clusters are packaged and well‐protected in poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) through controlled beam implantation. The packaged precise clusters show robust protection against oxidation and agglomeration. This protection also demonstrates universality, as it successfully protects metal clusters composed of various elements ...

Stacking Interventions Enhances Carbon Removals and Profitability of Livestock Production Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study indicates that stacking multiple interventions aimed at maximising soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration and enteric methane (CH4) reductions realizes greater abatement and profit do any singular intervention, especially when SOC sequestration accounts for a significant proportion of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) mitigation. Abstract While
