To explore the relationship among glymphatic system, sleep quality and IVIM parameters in patients with insomnia disorder by using IVIM imaging technology. The SVM classifier based on IVIM information is good for the diagnosis of insomnia. Microperfusion may play a role between insomnia and glymphatic function.
