ABSTRACT Post‐translational modifications (PTMs) play a critical role in regulating the transcriptional activity of PPARγ, a nuclear receptor central to glucose and lipid homeostasis. Among these, lysine acetylation at K268 and K293 and phosphorylation at S273 are particularly relevant to insulin sensitivity.

We constructed a novel excellent photodynamic drug without heavy atoms based on the conventional BODIPY photosensitizer, and then obtained a photodynamic vesicle with efficient tumor targeting (BDPM@OMVs) by bacterial extravasation. Multiple reactive oxygen species were efficiently generated under light irradiation, and the spontaneous elimination of ...

Mechanics‐based model for cold joints in reinforced concrete members
Abstract This study introduces a mechanics‐based numerical model to characterize the behavior of cold joints in reinforced concrete members subjected to monotonic loading. The model incorporates mechanisms such as interface slip and opening, aggregate interlock, clamping force, and dowel action of the reinforcing bars crossing the interface.

Wildlife in urban areas is often a source of conflict, yet relatively few efforts have been directed toward fostering coexistence in these human‐dominated landscapes. While previous research has focused on socio‐demographic factors influencing perceptions of wildlife, the role of specific animal traits in shaping acceptance remains underexplored.

Climate change drives shifts in suitable habitats for Eurasian lynx and its prey (hare, roe deer) in Mohe, Daxing'anling Mountains. Under RCP scenarios, moderate warming (RCP4.5) promotes substantial habitat expansion, while high‐emission conditions (RCP8.5) lead to strong expansion in the 2050s but slower gains and partial contraction by the 2070s ...
