PCR-SSCP preliminary trial on teleostean and selachian species
1999Adopting the PCR-SSCP (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Single Strand Conformational Polymorphism) technique, two selachians smooth hound (Mustelus mustelus) and picked dogfish (Squalus acanthias) and two teleosteans hake (Merluccius merluccius) and whiting (Merlangius merlangus) species, were compared.
