Detection of Diagnostic Antibodies in Immune‐Mediated Diseases: A Focus on Antigens and Technologies

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 27, Issue 9, 14 May 2026.
This review explores autoantibody detection in immune‐mediated diseases, highlighting autoantigens including post‐translational modifications. We compared enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay and indirect immunofluorescence with automated chemiluminescence platforms.

DCAF13 Safeguards Hematopoietic Stem Cells via RRS1‐Regulated Ribosome Biogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 27, 13 May 2026.
This study establishes DCAF13 as an essential regulator for hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) function. Its deletion in mice causes lethal pancytopenia and HSC depletion. Mechanistically, DCAF13 interacts with RRS1 and mediates its non‐degradative K27‐linked ubiquitination, thereby stabilizing RRS1 to maintain ribosome biogenesis and protein translation ...

Simulation Study on the Drilling of PDC Bit at Compound Drilling Condition

open access: yesShiyou jixie, 2016
The forces on the PDC bit at the bottomhole could impact the PDC bit drilling efficiency and cutter wear. The cutter-rock interactions could be more complex in compound drilling mode.A new PDC bit drilling simulation method for compound drilling based on ...

Nanoparticle‐Mediated Immunometabolic‐Epigenetic Remodeling Enhances Schwann Cell‐Macrophage Interaction for Sciatic Nerve Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 25, 4 May 2026.
A biomimetic Prussian White nanoparticle (PW) is engineered to achieve long‐term local retention and orchestrate immunometabolic‐epigenetic remodeling for sciatic nerve regeneration. PW directly targets hexokinase 2 to suppress glycolysis, thereby elevating α‐ketoglutarate and driving Kdm4a/b‐mediated demethylation of H3K9me3.

Experimental observation of the X-shaped near field spatio-temporal correlation of ultra-broadband twin beams

open access: yes, 2012
In this work we present the experimental observation of the non factorable near field spatio-temporal correlation of ultra-broadband twin beams generated by parametric down conversion (PDC), in an interferometric-type experiment using sum frequency ...

Tenofovir Alafenamide in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection in the High‐Replicative Low‐Inflammatory Phase: A 48‐Week Randomized Controlled Trial

open access: yesJournal of Medical Virology, Volume 98, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Antiviral treatment for chronic HBV infection in the “high‐replicative low‐inflammatory” phase has not been widely recommended. This study aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of antiviral therapy in this patient population and analyze peripheral immunological characteristics in relation to treatment response.

Single‐Cell Nanodroplet Processing Proteomics Pipeline for Analysis of Human‐Derived Microglia

open access: yesPROTEOMICS, Volume 26, Issue 5, Page 59-68, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Single‐cell omics tools provide unique insights into heterogeneous cell populations and their responses to stimuli. For example, single‐cell RNA sequencing has identified several transcriptionally distinct populations of microglia, which are resident immune cells of the central nervous system (CNS) that are responsive to CNS injury, infection,
