Peaceful Intentions, Peaceful Conduct
Abstract This chapter examines the peacefulness requirement in a comparative legal perspective for its substantive meaning, context, and application. It finds that the notion of unpeacefulness is construed overly broadly, and freedom-of-expression doctrines are all too hastily transposed to freedom of assembly in this area of the law.openaire +1 more source
