Robust energy-to-peak filter design for stochastic time-delay systems [PDF]
This paper considers the robust energy-to-peak filtering problem for uncertain stochastic time-delay systems. The stochastic uncertainties appear in both the dynamic and the measurement equations and the state delay is assumed to be time-varying ...

Iu Mien Tone Change in Real Time: A Restudy Of L-Thongkum (1988)
This study investigates tone changes in Iu Mien, a Hmong-Mien language with two complex contour tones: high rising-falling (T3) and low rising-falling (T4).

Frequency-Domain Filtered-x LMS Algorithms for Active Noise Control: A Review and New Insights
This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the frequency-domain filtered-x least mean-square (FxLMS) algorithms for active noise control (ANC). The direct use of frequency-domain adaptive filters for ANC results in two kinds of delays, i.e., delay ...

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Accounting for peak shifting in traditional cost-benefit analysis [PDF]
When cost-benefit analysis fails to account for peak-shifting the benefits of road improvement options are miscalculated. Using theory from transportation economics, we derive a simple model that disaggregates the average daily equilibrium into peak ...

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Optimizing the Over and Underutilization of Network Resources During Peak and Off-Peak Hours
In 2022, the digital population reached 5.4 billion, leading to network congestion, primarily attributed to the widespread use of social media, robotic programs, and prime-time television during peak hours.

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.
