Auxiliary service strategy model of power plant participating in peak load regulation
Abstract With the large-scale grid connection of renewable energy, it is necessary to ensure that the peak shaving demand of the system due to the volatility of renewable energy such as wind power can be met. On the premise of ensuring benefits, how to further tap the peak shaving potential of thermal power units and ensure the safe and ...

Peak Demand Management and Voltage Regulation Using Coordinated Virtual Power Plant Controls
The aggregation of distributed energy resources (DERs) enables them to provide various grid services as a virtual power plant (VPP). Utilities use enterprise control solutions, such as advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) and distributed energy resource management systems (DERMS), to efficiently integrate DERs and realize the benefits of a ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...
