Monitoring of Salmonella spp. in Native Fish Farms in the Pantanal and Cerrado Biomes, Brazil: Serotype Diversity, Antimicrobial Resistance Profiles, and Multivatiate Patterns

This study investigated Salmonella spp. occurrence, serotypes, antimicrobial resistance, and associated environmental and management factors in 25 native fish farms located in the Pantanal and Cerrado biomes, Brazil.
