The Progenitor of the Peculiar Galaxy NGC 3077 [PDF]
We present a study of the structural properties and metallicity distribution of the nearby peculiar galaxy NGC 3077. Using data from our survey of the M81 Group with the Hyper Suprime-Cam on board the Subaru Telescope, we construct deep color–magnitude ...

Peculiar Velocities of Galaxy Clusters [PDF]
We investigate the peculiar velocities predicted for galaxy clusters by theories in the cold dark matter family. A widely used hypothesis identifies rich clusters with high peaks of a suitably smoothed version of the linear density fluctuation field ...

A peculiar galaxy near M104 [PDF]
Messier 104, NGC 4594, also known as the Sombrero Galaxy, has been extensively studied, especially its structure and stellar halo. Its abundance of globular clusters has given rise to many theories and much speculation. However, other objects in the vicinity of such a spectacular galaxy are sometimes ignored.

MeerKAT view of the dancing ghosts – peculiar galaxy pair PKS 2130−538 in Abell 3785 [PDF]
We present MeerKAT L–band (886–1682 MHz) observations of the extended radio structure of the peculiar galaxy pair PKS 2130–538 known as the ‘Dancing Ghosts’.

Radio-Continuum Jets Around the Peculiar Galaxy Pair ESO 295-IG022 [PDF]
We report new radio-continuum observations with the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA) of the region surrounding the peculiar galaxy pair ESO 295-IG022 at the centre of the poor cluster Abell S0102.

Serendipitous Discovery of a Cluster of Galaxies with a Peculiar Central Galaxy [PDF]
We report the serendipitous discovery of a cluster of galaxies at z=0.369. Thirty-eight candidate members were identified based on rough broad-band photometric redshifts, and three members were confirmed spectroscopically. The brightest cluster galaxy (BCG) is exceptionally blue, with B-V=0.12 and V-I=1.02.

The Relativistic Jet Orientation and Host Galaxy of the Peculiar Blazar PKS 1413+135 [PDF]
PKS 1413+135 is one of the most peculiar blazars known. Its strange properties led to the hypothesis almost four decades ago that it is gravitationally lensed by a mass concentration associated with an intervening galaxy. It exhibits symmetric achromatic

The JWST Hubble Sequence: The Rest-frame Optical Evolution of Galaxy Structure at 1.5 < z < 6.5
We present results on the morphological and structural evolution of a total of 3956 galaxies observed with JWST at 1.5 < z < 6.5 in the JWST CEERS observations that overlap with the CANDELS EGS field.
