Microstructured Tactile Sensors With Bismuth Telluride Coatings for Vibration Detection
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.The study reports a high‐performance piezoresistive vibration sensor (PVS) based on a Bi₀.5Sb₁.5Te3 functional layer on a PDMS microstructured substrate. The device exhibits high sensitivity (0.24 kPa−1), fast response, and excellent durability over 10 000 cycles.
