Impact of polyplex micelles installed with cyclic RGD peptide as ligand on gene delivery to vascular lesions [PDF]
Gene therapy is expected to open a new strategy for the treatment of refractory vascular diseases, so the development of appropriate gene vectors for vascular lesions is needed. To realize this requirement with a non-viral approach, cyclo(RGDfK) peptide (

Reinforced Polymer–Nanoparticle Hydrogels for Subcutaneous and Sustained Delivery of Trastuzumab
Biologic therapy development is rapidly accelerating, requiring extended delivery formulation strategies. Supramolecular hydrogels and electrostatic complexation create subcutaneous depots that release clinically relevant trastuzumab doses in a controlled manner through simple component mixing without chemical modifications.

Block co-polyMOFs: morphology control of polymer-MOF hybrid materials. [PDF]
The hybridization of block copolymers and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) to create novel materials (block co-polyMOFs, BCPMOFs) with controlled morphologies is reported. In this study, block copolymers containing poly(1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2bdc)

On the Square Peg Problem and some Relatives [PDF]
The Square Peg Problem asks whether every continuous simple closed planar curve contains the four vertices of a square. This paper proves this for the largest so far known class of curves.

Light scattering and phase behavior of Lysozyme-PEG mixtures
Measurements of liquid-liquid phase transition temperatures (cloud points) of mixtures of a protein (lysozyme) and a polymer, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) show that the addition of low molecular weight PEG stabilizes the mixture whereas high molecular ...
