Geoscience Data Journal, Volume 9, Issue 2, Page 235-255, November 2022., 2022 In this paper, we report on 41 years of suspended particulate matter (SPM) samples in the largest choked coastal lagoon in the world (250 km long, 40 km wide) – Patos Lagoon, Brazil. The data set consists of 17 data sets which were recovered and filtered for good quality of SPM with temporal coverage from 1978 to 2019.
