Transformative Pathways for Strengthening Climate‐Resilient Health Systems Among Indigenous Communities: Advancing Equity and Sustainability in Global Health

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Most climate‐resilience health interventions are designed at the global level, with minimal attention to Indigenous communities' needs. The lack of consideration can lead to unintended harm and exacerbate health risks. This study aims to identify the capacities of Indigenous communities that can serve as transformative pathways in safely ...

Thermosensitive Nanostructured Coacervates Developed by Mixing ABA‐ and AB‐Block Copolymers and Their Unique Sustained Release of Nano‐Micelles in a Regulated Manner

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Polyion complex micelles composed of blends of ABA and AB block copolymers can form coacervates with a hexagonally packed cylinder nanostructure after heating. The resulting coacervates can release the micelles under physiological conditions in a zero‐order kinetics, possessing cargo proteins.

Topography‐Free Dual‐Lubricant Patterned Slippery Surfaces for Programmable Droplet Control and High‐Performance Water Harvesting

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
A patterned dual‐lubricant SLIPS creates interfacial energy asymmetry, guiding droplet migration without external actuation. Condensed droplets formed on the fluorinated‐oil‐infused regions migrate to the silicone‐oil‐infused domains, where rapid growth and coalescence occur.

Polarization‐Dependent Elliptical and Rectangular Mie Voids

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Polarization‐dependent Mie void resonances are realized by introducing anisotropic low‐index inclusions embedded in high‐index materials. Elliptical and rectangular void geometries enable controlled tuning of resonance behavior and optical mode formation.

Going Deep into the Surface Chemistry of Carbon Dots: Influence of Functional Groups on the Redox Abilities

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
The chemical structure of Carbon Dots (CDs) is still a mystery despite years of study. Herein, we show how CDs with a higher density of surface‐accessible amines display enhanced (photo)redox performance. Electrochemical and thermodynamic analyses confirmed the feasibility of electron transfer, while mechanistic investigations revealed that the ...

A Platinum (II) Polyyne Oligomers Donor for Efficient Ternary Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesSolar RRL, EarlyView.
Platinum (II) polyyne oligomers P5 are used as a donor in a ternary organic solar cell. The average power conversion efficiency of 16% surpasses the international record for [Pt] (II) polyyne oligomers. PC71BM speeds up the rise time for electron transfer and slows down the recombination time.
