CCDC41 is essential for meiotic maturation in mouse oocytes through regulating Rab7‐positive endosomes fusion with lysosomes and Rab11a‐positive vesicle fusion with the plasma membrane. Abstract Coiled‐coil domain‐containing protein 41 (CCDC41), a core component of centriolar distal appendages involved in centriole assembly and ciliary vesicle docking,

Cobalt‐Based Perovskite Oxides as Catalysts for Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction
Research on Co‐based catalysts for acidic oxygen evolution reaction (OER) has focused on spinel oxides. In contrast, perovskite oxides with a bulk Co oxidation state near 3+ and surface low‐spin Co3+ species show promising activity. Their low Tafel slopes (∼65 mV/dec) indicate strong catalytic potential, broadening the material scope for efficient ...

A Versatile Setup for Determining Hydrogen and Oxygen Crossover of Electrolyzer Membranes and MEAs
Hydrogen and oxygen crossover in PEM electrolyzers affects safety, efficiency and gas purity. We present an experimental setup to quantify crossover through membranes and polymers. It allows in‐situ tests on full cells with MEAs and measures gas permeation in wet or dry ionomers and other polymers.

ABSTRACT Background Pembrolizumab is approved for treating patients with advanced solid tumors exhibiting high tumor mutation burden (TMB), including pancreatic cancer. However, owing to the rarity of TMB‐high pancreatic cancer, its genetic and clinical characteristics, alongside the therapeutic effectiveness of pembrolizumab, remain unclear.

Modeling Zero‐Gap Saltwater Electrolysis With Advective Flow Through a Thin‐Film Composite Membrane
During saltwater electrolysis with a thin‐film composite membrane, ion and water transport are coupled. The direction of water flux follows that of the dominant salt ion carrying charge. When Na+ transport from the anode to the cathode is dominant, fluid flow occurs in the same direction.

ABSTRACT Background Persistent physical symptoms are common and often result in disability and high healthcare use. To capture how such symptoms co‐occur, Bodily Distress Syndrome (BDS, also called Functional Somatic Disorders) was developed as an empirically derived construct, in contrast to consensus‐based syndromes such as fibromyalgia and chronic ...
