Three cases of congenital penile curvature

原因疾患を有さない先天性陰茎彎曲症の3例を経験した.いずれも思春期頃より勃起時の陰茎彎曲を自覚しており, 勃起時の疼痛なく, 索状物や硬結が認められなかったことより, 先天性陰茎彎曲症と考えられた.彎曲の角度によらず, 性交障害を有することから手術適応とした.白膜を楔状に切除するNesbit法では白膜を多く切除してしまう可能性や, 陰茎背神経を損傷する可能性があることより, 白膜を縦に切開し横に縫合するNesbit変法を選択した.その結果, 3例中2例に良好な結果が得られた.1例が再発し, 原因として,
