Modified Corporoplasty for the Treatment of Penile Curvature
Journal of Urology, 1990A technique based on the Heineke-Mikulicz principle was used to straighten penile curvature instead of Nesbit corporoplasty. By horizontally closing the longitudinal incisions the longer portion of the tunica albuginea is made equal in length to the shorter side.

Evaluation and surgical treatment of patients with penile curvature
International Urology and Nephrology, 1996In patients with adult penile curvatures the aim of treatment is to have a penis straight enough and firm enough to allow satisfactory sexual function. Several operative approaches have been used to correct this condition. Herein, we describe our experience with the evaluation and surgical treatment of 37 patients with penile curvature.

Correction of Adult Penile Curvature with a Nesbit Operation
Journal of Urology, 1984Nesbit's technique of excising ellipses of tunica albuginea has been effective in correcting chordee in children. We have used this technique successfully in adults for the correction of 19 congenital and traumatic curvatures, as well as those resulting from stable Peyronie's disease.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE NESBIT PROCEDURE IN THE TREATMENT OF PENILE CURVATURE
Australian and New Zealand Journal of Surgery, 1988Thirteen men who had undergone Nesbit's operation for penile curvature were assessed to determine the efficacy of the procedure. Ten patients had Peyronie's disease and three had a congenital curvature. Follow‐up ranged from 8 months to 28 months. The degree of penile curvature was improved in twelve patients at the time of follow‐up.
