Abstract New data on the equine aortic valve obtained using advanced techniques is especially important given the greater availability of animal models for translational research. Here we characterized the morphological and morphometric aspects of the equine aortic valve from 60 healthy hearts collected at equine abattoirs.

Three CGMS lines were crossed with 17 testers in a line × tester design during Kharif 2013 and sufficient number of hand pollinated seeds was produced. The resultant 51 hybrids along with their 20 parents and standard check variety (Maruti) were evaluated in RBD design with two replications.

Ixekizumab With Tirzepatide Achieved Greater Disease Control Than Ixekizumab Alone in Adults With Psoriatic Arthritis and Overweight or Obesity: Results From a Randomized Clinical Trial

Objective Overweight or obesity is prevalent in 72% to 82% of individuals with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). We assessed the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab (IXE) concomitantly administered with tirzepatide (TZP) compared with IXE alone in adult participants with active PsA and overweight with at least one weight‐related comorbidity or obesity.

Aim Novel oral polio vaccine type 2 (nOPV2) was used under the WHO emergency use listing for circulating vaccine‐derived polio virus (cVDPV) outbreaks from 2021 to 2023. We assessed nOPV2 adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) and compared its safety profile to other vaccines using VigiBase.
