Asymmetric Whisker‐Inspired Sensor Pairs for Enhanced Airflow Sensing on Drones

This work incorporates asymmetric cross‐sections into a whisker‐inspired sensor pair to enhance airflow sensing. By comparing signals between two offset asymmetric whiskers, the system improves flow heading estimation and identifies the presence of fan‐generated wind during quadrotor flight.

Molecular investigations of outbreaks of Perch perhabdovirus infections in pike-perch

In 2016, a total of 5 massive mortality episodes each affecting hundreds of thousands of pike-perch Sander lucioperca larvae occurred at 2 sites in 2 Western European countries. For each episode, perhabdoviruses related to the perch rhabdovirus (PRV) were detected in samples, using either PCR or cell culture combined with PCR.

Between and Within Bay Differences in Mesozooplankton Assemblages in the Central and Eastern Baltic Sea: An Exploratory Study
