Management of Furcal Perforation/Involvement in a Primary Molar With Irreversible Pulpitis Using Tampon Pulpotomy: A 18‐Month Healing Case Report

ABSTRACT Successful management of furcal perforation in a primary molar with irreversible pulpitis can be achieved using tampon pulpotomy with calcium‐enriched mixture cement. This conservative, biologically based technique promotes long‐term tooth retention and radiographic healing, offering an alternative to extraction in complex pediatric cases.
