Clinical intramuscular thymus transplantation yields only short‐lived efficacy and marginal therapeutic benefits. Benefiting from the spleen's intrinsic strengths—rapid vascular perfusion, abundant developmental factors, and resident progenitors—the intrasplenic thymic grafts achieve robust thymic regeneration and substantial T‐cell reconstitution ...

An enzyme–nitric oxide (NO) co‐regulatory strategy reprograms pathological extracellular matrix (ECM)–fibroblast crosstalk in hypertrophic scars. Enzymatic degradation of pre‐existing ECM relieves aberrant mechanical cues, while NO‐mediated fibroblast phenotypic modulation restrains excessive collagen synthesis.

Percutaneous Closure of Paravalvular Leaks
Paravalvular leak occurs in about 2–3% of patients after surgical valve replacement. The leak may cause heart failure, arrhythmias, or hemolysis. Patients who have had multiple operations or who have significant comorbidity constituting a contraindication to surgery might be considered candidates for transcatheter closure.

A concept of integrated O2 and H2 gas therapy is achieved using a gas‐producing material. PMP nanoparticles, fabricated from platinum, MIL‐101(Fe)‐NH2, and phosphotungstic acid, are integrated into bilayer gelatin methacryloyl microneedles for transdermal delivery. These microneedles enable integrated O2 and H2 gas therapy and promote wound healing via

Guided by spatial transcriptomics and clinical validation, a threaded microneedle platform enables precise layer‐specific delivery across the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. By addressing distinct pathogenic remodeling in different skin layers, this strategy coordinates compartment‐specific intervention, restores tissue architecture, and offers a ...
