Beta Forecasting With Realized Beta Estimators and Machine Learning Algorithms

ABSTRACT This paper applies machine learning algorithms to the modeling of realized betas for the purposes of forecasting stock systematic risk. Higher levels of beta forecast accuracy are demonstrated, relative to other studies in the literature. These improvements are also highly significant, both statistically and economically.

Enhanced peripheral blood mononuclear cell lipid metabolism drives poor immunotherapy response via ferroptotic stress‐induced T cell exhaustion in hepatocellular carcinoma

Integrated multi‐omics reveals that CD36‐mediated lipid overload in PBMCs drives T cell exhaustion via sub‐lethal ferroptotic stress and AKT suppression. This systemic metabolic signature serves as a robust predictor of immunotherapy response in HCC, suggesting that modulating lipid metabolism can rescue immune fitness.
