A 50 y.o. man without significant PMHx presented with progressive abdominal and lower back pain after falling down a few hours previously. His abdominal pain was diffuse, vague and worsened when he walked. Shortly after arrival in the Emergency Department, his symptoms spontaneously improved. Physical examination was documented as normal.
