SCUP-HPC: System for Constructing and Utilizing Provenance on High-Performance Computing Systems
Provenance, which documents how data are produced and processed, plays an important role in improving research reproducibility. In computing systems, provenance typically describes a suite of data relationships between simulation and analysis results ...

Performability analysis: a new algorithm [PDF]
Summary: We propose a new algorithm to compute the performability distribution. Its computational complexity is polynomial and it deals only with nonnegative numbers bounded by one. This important property allows us to determine truncation steps and so to improve the execution time of the algorithm.

ABSTRACT Background An internal tandem duplication in the gene encoding Fms‐like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3‐ITD) is associated with high relapse risk and poor prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and plays a crucial role in treatment decisions. Measurable residual disease (MRD) analysis of FLT3‐ITD during and after treatment has shown prognostic ...

Performance analysis and optimization for extreme scale systems
Li, XiaomingThanks to the death of Dennard scaling and the slowing of Moore’s Law, future compute platforms are becoming increasingly complex as they attempt to continue to scale either overall performance or performance efficiency.

AI-based betting anomaly detection system to ensure fairness in sports and prevent illegal gambling
This study develops a solution to sports match-fixing using various machine-learning models to detect match-fixing anomalies, based on betting odds. We use five models to distinguish between normal and abnormal matches: logistic regression (LR), random ...

Performance Analysis of SSK-NOMA [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the combination between two promising techniques: space-shift keying (SSK) and non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) for future radio access networks. We analyze the performance of SSK-NOMA networks and provide a comprehensive analytical framework of SSK-NOMA regarding bit error probability (BEP), ergodic capacity and outage ...

ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...
