Static Performance Characteristics
2001Sensor performance characteristics are generally divided into at least two categories: static and dynamic. Additional categories sometimes used include drift and exposure errors. The performance of sensors in conditions where the measurand is constant or very slowly changing can be characterized by static parameters.

Performance Characteristics for an Immunoassay
Scandinavian Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Investigation, 1991In the United States of American the medical device amendments of 1976 established a comprehensive system for regulation of medicaldevices intended for human use. One provision of the amendmentsestablishes three categories (classes) of devices depending on the regulatory controls needed to provide reasonable assurance of safety and effectiveness.

Performance Characteristics of Reference Thromboplastins
American Journal of Clinical Pathology, 1973Data are presented to show that the use of the five “reference thromboplastins” distributed by the Medical Research Council, Division of Biologic Standards, as standards cannot be supported when the performance of these reference thromboplastins is evaluated critically.

Performance characteristics of pressure infusors
Technology and Health Care, 1994Pressure infusion devices (PID) are used in trauma hospitals and in military applications to enhance rapid fluid replacement of hypovolemic shocked patients. This work presents a simple inexpensive technique for evaluation of the performance characteristics of pressure infusors.

EMU Thermal Performance Characteristics
SAE Technical Paper Series, 1998<div class="htmlview paragraph">The NASA JSC Shuttle EMU computer model (SINDA EMU) is presently used to analyze the thermal behavior of the Space Shuttle EMU. This paper uses the SINDA EMU model along with EMU experimental and flight data to investigate and define several performance characteristics of the Space Shuttle EMU related to thermal ...

Performance characteristics of MAUI
Proceedings of the 2005 workshop on Memory system performance, 2005Combining ideas from several previous proposals, such as Active Pages, DIVA, and ULMT, we present the Memory Arithmetic Unit and Interface (MAUI) architecture. Because the "intelligence" of the MAUI intelligent memory system architecture is located in the memory-controller, logic and DRAM are not required to be integrated into a single chip, and use of

Streampro ADCP performance characteristics
Proceedings of the IEEE/OES Eighth Working Conference on Current Measurement Technology, 2005., 2005Field and laboratory testing of the StreamPro ADCP obtain bottom tracking velocity standard deviation of less than 1 cm/sec with one-second integration time. Water velocity profile standard deviation measured with a new pulse-to-pulse coherent profiling mode obtains standard deviation of less than 5 mm/sec with one-second integration time. This mode is
