Artificial intelligence in preclinical epilepsy research: Current state, potential, and challenges
Abstract Preclinical translational epilepsy research uses animal models to better understand the mechanisms underlying epilepsy and its comorbidities, as well as to analyze and develop potential treatments that may mitigate this neurological disorder and its associated conditions. Abstract Objective Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) is a noninvasive neuromodulation strategy for drug‐resistant epilepsy, but clinical response is heterogeneous. We examined whether electroencephalographic (EEG) and structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) phenotypes were associated with active‐specific clinical benefit from

The developed wheat‐plantain‐based snack with Bryophyllum pinnatum had enhanced antioxidant properties, with high α‐amylase and α‐glucosidase enzyme inhibitory activities. When fed to STZ‐induced diabetic rats, it showed antidiabetic, hypo‐lipidaemic and anti‐inflammatory potentials, thus making it a fresh opportunity for the snacking community who are

Bioavailability through lactic fermentation in millet for combating hidden hunger
Millets are nutrient‐rich grains with considerable potential to combat hidden hunger, but the presence of anti‐nutritional factors, can restrict mineral bioavailability. Processing strategies including soaking, germination, cooking, and lactic acid fermentation can reduce the anti‐nutritional factors.

ABSTRACT Introduction Head and neck cancer (HNC) survival is improving, increasing the need to address long‐term survivorship issues. Dental survivorship—care before, during, and after treatment—remains inconsistent across services. We conducted a review of systematic reviews and emerging evidence to inform contemporary dental survivorship care for HNC
