Background: Hellin's law states that if the rate of twinning in an population is 1/N, then the incidence of triplets is 1/N2, the incidence of quadruplets is 1/N3 etc. (before IVF era). Croatia doesn't have law for reproductive medicine, it's in making for the lasdt 10 years.
