Necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum
Irish Journal of Medical Science, 1986Necrotizing fasciitis is an uncommon, rapidly progressive, soft tissue infection with an often fatal delay in appropriate treatment. No part of of the body is exempt from this infection. Three cases of necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum are described illustrating the typical problems associated with diagnosis and management of this disease.

Liposarcoma of the perineum and scrotum
International Urology and Nephrology, 1992A case of liposarcoma of the perineum and scrotum, which presented as a huge haematoma and was left in place for three years prior to excision, is presented. The patient was treated by wide excision of the tumour, orchiopexy to the inguinal region and radiotherapy.
