IMPROVEMENT OF THE DIAGNOSIS OF PERIODONTAL TISSUES IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT GINGIVAL BIOTYPE

The data of the ultrasonic gingiva thickness scanning are compared with the data obtained using the colorimetric probe system. We revealed that the white probe corresponds to the gingiva thickness - less than 0.5 mm; the green probe - the gingiva thickness from 0.6 to 0.9 mm; the blue probe - the gingiva thickness from 1.0 to 1.5 mm.
