Periodontal prosthesis: An interdisciplinary approach
Planning a course of treatment for periodontally compromised patients is a multidisciplinary approach. The goal of treatment should aim at achieving the physiologic form, esthetics, and function of all teeth and also to stabilize the tooth mobility by splinting if the teeth are to be preserved.
