The majority of existing perioperative AKI risk score prediction models are limited in their generalizability and do not fully utilize the physiological intraoperative time-series data.

AGING MEDICINE, EarlyView.Independent risk factors for ischemic complications in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms were identified using machine learning methods, and the first prediction model for ischemic complications of all intracranial aneurysms was constructed. Moreover, the model showed a stable and excellent predictive efficacy.
