1) 末梢性顔面神経麻痺60例 (Bell 麻痺42例, Hunt 症候群15例, 外傷性顔面神経麻痺3例) にNGを施行した結果を報告した.2) 麻痺発症後4週以内にNG%が19%以下に悪化した症例は Bell 麻痺の19.4%, Hunt 症候群の44.5%にみられた.3) 麻痺回復過程のNG%の推移をみると, Bell 麻痺では発症早期にNG%の低い症例では, 臨床的に麻痺が改善してもNG%は長期間改善を示さず, これらの症例ではNGは麻痺回復過程の指標にはなりにくいと思われた.
