Advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma: A narrative review
Renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma (EAML) is a unique subtype of angiomyolipoma that contains a variety of cytoplasmic‐rich, eosinophilic cytoplasm epithelioid cells in addition to mature adipocytes, hyaline thick‐walled vessels, and smooth muscle‐like ...

An incidental pancreatic lesion in a 69‐year‐old woman was sampled by EUS‐guided fine‐needle biopsy. Integrated cytopathological and histopathological evaluation with immunochemical staining supported organ‐preserving surgery. ABSTRACT Pancreatic perivascular epithelioid cell tumours (PEComas) are exceptionally rare mesenchymal neoplasms.

Epithelioid PEComa coexisting with angiomyolipoma in the kidney
Renal epithelioid perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are rare neoplasms with potential for aggressive clinical behaviour that present a significant diagnostic challenge due to imaging features that overlap with renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

Soft Tissue Perivascular Epithelioid Cell Tumour: An Unusual Finding
Perivascular epithelioid cell tumour (PEComa) is a rare mesenchymal tumour made up of clear perivascular cells with epithelioid characteristics, which co-expresses muscle and melanocytic markers with a component of spindle cells, like sarcoma and variety

Treatment strategies for interstitial granulomatous dermatitis: Systematic review and expert opinion
Systematic review of 108 studies with a total of 182 patients with interstitial granulomatous dermatitis (IGD). IGD was frequently associated with systemic conditions or drug exposure. Management includes careful medication review and prompt withdrawal of potential triggers. Corticosteroids (systemic and topical) were commonly effective, while biologic

We report a case of primary intramedullary infantile fibrosarcoma (IFS) in a 4‐week‐old infant with rapidly progressive cervical myelopathy. Histology showed a spindle cell tumour with diffuse S100 and pan‐TRK expression. RNA sequencing identified an RBPMS::NTRK3 fusion.

Clear cell myomelanocytic tumor of ligamentum teres
Clear cell myomelanocytic tumor (CCMMT) of the falciform ligament/ligamentum teres is a rare hepatic tumor, a variant of the perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) family. CCMMT is the rarest variant of hepatic PEComas.
