Interplay between RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures in gene regulation
Methodological advances in mapping transcriptome‐wide RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures have started to uncover the potential of RNP conformations in gene regulation. Competing RNA–RNA, RNA‐protein and protein–protein interactions shape the compaction and function of RNPs throughout their lifetime and may provide novel therapeutic targets in ...

Magnetic nanowires as permanent magnet materials
We present the fabrication of metallic magnetic nanowires using a low temperature chemical process. We show that pressed powders and magnetically oriented samples exhibit a very high coercivity (6.5 kOe at 140 K and 4.8 kOe at 300 K).

Direct Flux Field Oriented Control of IPM Drives with Variable DC-Link in the Field-Weakening Region [PDF]
This paper presents the direct flux control of an interior permanent-magnet (IPM) motor drive in the field-weakening region. The output torque is regulated by the coordinated control of the stator flux amplitude and the current component in quadrature ...

Miniature cyclotron resonance ion source using small permanent magnet [PDF]
An ion source using the cyclotron resonance principle is described. A miniaturized ion source device is used in an air gap of a small permanent magnet with a substantially uniform field in the air gap of about 0.5 inch.

Robust Speed Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Using Two-Degrees-of-Freedom Control
In this paper, a two-degrees-of-freedom controller is proposed for robust speed regulation in permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). Our proposal constitutes an extension of a control scheme previously introduced in the literature for permanent ...

DDX3X induces mesenchymal transition of endothelial cells by disrupting BMPR2 signaling
Elevated DDX3X expression led to downregulation of BMPR2, a key regulator of endothelial homeostasis and function. Our co‐immunoprecipitation assays further demonstrated a molecular interaction between DDX3X and BMPR2. Notably, DDX3X promoted lysosomal degradation of BMPR2, thereby impairing its downstream signaling and facilitating endothelial‐to ...
