2D Co‐Mo‐Hydroxide‐Based Multifunctional Material for the Development of H2‐Based Clean Energy Technologies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
2D α‐Co(OH)2 interleaved with Mo species displays an appealing dual functionality for the production and use of green hydrogen.Mo incorporation greatly benefits the electrochemical behaviour in Oxygen Evolution Reaction for H2 production, while the magnetocaloric response at liquid H2 temperature paves the way for alternative cryogenic refrigerants ...

Permanent Magnet Wind Generators: Neodymium vs. Ferrite Magnets

2021 3rd International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA), 2021
Renewable energy is an environmentally friendly and effective solution to ensure security of energy supply which is becoming more critical as well as increasing population. The share of electricity generation based on wind energy among renewable energy sources in the world is increasing day by day in parallel with the development and design diversity ...

Permanent-magnet a.c. generators

Proceedings of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, 1979
The development of permanent-magnet generators is reviewed and a novel multistacked form described. This machine is ideally suited to the production of a high airgap field from ceramic magnets, but polymer-bonded rare-earth magnets may also be used to advantage. A damping device can be incorporated to minimise load-angle oscillation.
