IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity, 2020A novel single phase tubular permanent magnet linear generator (TPMLG) for Stirling engines is proposed in this paper. It has an outer-stator, an inner-stator, a mover and a bread type winding which has no cutting. The mover consists of four ring-shaped permanent magnets, all of which are polarized radially.

Model of a permanent magnet linear generator
IECON 2019 - 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2019This paper proposes a tubular permanent magnet linear generator (TPMLG) for a wave energy converter. The proposed TPMLG is built with an array of permanent magnets and independent coils. Advantages and disadvantages of the proposed device are determined with experimental and simulated results.
