Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Development of sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor in Matlab Simulink

open access: yesЗаписки Горного института, 2018
In last 20 years segment of electric drives with permanent magnet synchronous motors has increased. This type of motors has better technical characteristics compared to induction motors, but has problems in actual implementation, one of which is the ...

Sensorless position control of permanent magnet motors with pulsating current injection and compensation of motor end-effects [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The sensorless position control of permanent-magnet motors is successfully implemented by superimposing a high-frequency voltage signal on the voltage reference or adding a high-frequency current signal to the current reference.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Exploring the Drive Motor of Electric Vehicles: Structure, Temperature Rises, and Operational Control of Permanent Magnet Motors

open access: yesWorld Electric Vehicle Journal
The drive motor is a critical component of electric vehicles. The design of its structure, along with the regulation of temperature rises and operational control, significantly impact the overall performance of electric vehicles, affecting aspects such ...

Analysis of the Saliency Ratio Effect on the Output Torque and the System Efficiency in IPM Drives

open access: yesSakarya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Dergisi, 2021
Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) can be classified into two groups based on the rotor saliency structure as surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors (SPM) and interior mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPM). Saliency ratio

PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

open access: yes, 2022
Synchronous machine (CM) is an alternating current electric machine whose rotor speed is directed in the same direction as the speed of the electromagnetic field. In a synchronous generator with permanent magnets on the rotor, there is no excitation winding, and the magnetic flux of excitation is created due to permanent magnets, not coils.

Design issues of an IPM motor for EPS [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
In electric power steering (EPS), permanent magnet (PM) brushless ac (BLAC) motors offer distinct advantages over other electric motor types in terms torque smoothness, reliability and efficiency.

Circulating tumor cell viability during and after radiotherapy mirrors treatment response in cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Created in BioRender. Wikman, H.
