Dynamic Permanent Magnet Flux Estimation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines
IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity, 2010This paper deals with rotor flux estimation in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). In most application, the rotor flux linkage is treated as a known constant. However a high operation temperature or a stator winding current impulse may cause magnet flux ripple or demagnetization which has direct impact on machines performance.

Current reference governor of permanent magnet synchronous machine
2016 XXII International Conference on Electrical Machines (ICEM), 2016This paper presents a control method for constrained control of a permanent magnet synchronous machine. The control system utilizes field oriented PI current control tuned using linear control theory to obtain good steady- state performance and a fast transient response.

We begin with a simulation of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) model using MATLAB and Simulink. We measure the voltage and current and then send the data to a machine learning model (TensorFlow).

A synchronous/permanent magnet hybrid AC machine

It is shown that the machine has good power density and efficiency, and that the machine has true field regulation capability.
