In this paper, we give some determinantal and permanental representations of Generalized Fibonacci Polynomials by using various Hessenberg matrices. These results are general form of determinantal and permanental representations of k sequences of the generalized order-k Fibonacci and Pell numbers.

Research on Collaborative Estimation of SOC and SOH for Lithium‐Ion Batteries Based on BS‐SRCKF‐DEKF
This paper presents a novel method for jointly estimating the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) in lithium‐ion battery systems. A second‐order hysteresis RC model and the BS‐SRCKF‐DEKF algorithm are used to improve estimation accuracy. Simulation and experimental results verify the method′s robustness and superior performance.

The polynomial $π(L(G);x)={\rm per}(xI-L(G))$ (resp. $π(Q(G);x)={\rm per}(xI-Q(G))$) is called {\em Laplacian permanental polynomial} (resp. {\em signless Laplacian permanental polynomial}) of $G$.
