Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Influence of net mean stress on permeability coefficient of unsaturated remolded loess

open access: yesYantu gongcheng xuebao, 2018
In order to study the influence of the net mean stress on the permeability coefficient of unsaturated remolded loess, an indirect method is used to predict the permeability coefficient through the generalized soil water characteristic curve which ...

Regulated Ion‐Diffusion Hydrogels for Subtle and Multimodal Temperature‐Strain Sensing in Wound Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A soft, dual‐channel hydrogel patch enables simultaneous detection of wound temperature and strain by integrating ion‐diffusion‐mediated thermoelectric and resistive sensing. The conformal design maintains stable performance during motion, capturing subtle inflammatory and mechanical changes for continuous wound monitoring.

Fully Additive Vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistors on Renewable and Compostable Substrates Enable Ultrasensitive Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Fully additive vertical organic electrochemical transistors (vOECTs) with channel‐length of 226 nm on a 50 µm compostable substrate achieve >106 current modulation and ∼36 mS transconductance. Ion‐selective integration enables 1.1 mA dec−1 sensitivity and 36 µm detection limit, highlighting a scalable platform for sustainable electronics and ...

Relationship between Permeability Coefficient and Fractal Dimension of Pore in Ionic Rare Earth Magnesium Salt Leaching Ore

open access: yesGeofluids, 2022
The change of permeability coefficient of ionic rare earth ore is one of the most important factors causing the uncontrollable flow of leaching solution, and the variation of pore structure of the ore body has a great influence on the permeability ...

Estimation of Membrane Permeability and Intracellular Diffusion Coefficients

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medical Sciences, 2006
We propose a method for estimating membrane permeability and the intracellular diffusion coefficient using pulsed-gradient spin-echo measurement in combination with numerical simulation. The diffusion signal attenuation of leukocytes was measured with 4pi(2)q(2)(Delta-delta/3) values up to 6000 s/mm(2).

Three‐Dimensional Anomalous Hall Sensing Enabled By Spin–Orbit Torque Driven Domain Reconfiguration In Chiral Multilayers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A three‐dimensional magnetic field sensor is realized in chiral W/CoFeB/MgO multilayers, where spin–orbit torques reversibly reconfigure homochiral stripe domains. The symmetry of the torque enables offset‐free in‐plane sensing, while the reproducible domain reconfiguration extends the linear out‐of‐plane range. An anomalous Hall readout delivers large‐

Modeling of Gas Permeability Coefficient for Cementitious Materials with Relation to Water Permeability Coefficient

open access: yesJournal of The Korean Society of Civil Engineers, 2016
ABSTRACTPermeability can not be expressed as a function of porosity alone, it depends on the porosity, pore size and distribution, and tortuosity of pore channels in concrete. There has been considerable interest in the relationship between microstructure and transport in cementitious materials, however, it is very rare to deal with the theoretical ...
