Ultrafast Radiative Recombination Engineering in InGaN/GaN Quantum Wells through Temperature, Alloy Fraction and Layer's Width Tuning for Photonics

open access: yesAdvanced Theory and Simulations, EarlyView.
A side‐view schematic illustrating intra‐ and inter‐band optical recombination processes in quantum wells, highlighting applications that depend on carrier dynamics and recombination lifetimes, such as lasers, photodetectors, and solar cells. Abstract Radiative lifetime (RT) on the picosecond to femtosecond scale plays a key role in enabling ultrafast ...

Design, Simulation, and Fabrication of High‐Performance Metamaterial Absorber for EMI Mitigation and THz NDT/Imaging Applications: A Shape‐Preserved GHz‐to‐THz Transition Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Theory and Simulations, EarlyView.
A novel metamaterial absorber is designed, simulated, and validated for both 5G mmWave and THz applications, achieving >95.8% and 90% absorption, respectively. Its polarization‐insensitive, scalable design enables applications in THz NDT, imaging, and EMI shielding.

Physics of Selective Targeting of Cancer Cells by Magnetoelectric Nanoparticles: Exploring the Role of Conductivity and Capacitance in Tumor‐Specific Attraction

open access: yesAdvanced Theory and Simulations, EarlyView.
Magnetoelectric nanoparticles exploit cancer cells' electrical vulnerabilities—altered membrane charge and higher capacitance—to achieve tumor‐specific targeting without bioreagents. MATLAB simulations reveal how electromagnetic forces create targeting specificity, while external magnetic fields enhance precision. This may enable wirelessly controlled,
