Permittivity of Strontium Titanate
The permittivity of single-crystal single-domain strontium titanate has been measured in detail in the [001], [011], and [111] directions, as a function of temperature (from 4.2 to 300 °K), electric field (from −23 000 to +23 000 V/cm, and frequency (from 1 kHz to 50 MHz).

CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics from co-precipitation method: Dielectric properties of pellets and thick films [PDF]
Dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO)-based ceramics and thick films (e ∼50m) prepared from powders synthesized by a soft chemistry method (co-precipitation) are presented and discussed.

Electrical Properties Tomography: A Methodological Review
Electrical properties tomography (EPT) is an imaging method that uses a magnetic resonance (MR) system to non-invasively determine the spatial distribution of the conductivity and permittivity of the imaged object.

RESONANCE PROPERTIES OF AN X-BAND RECTANGULAR WAVEGUIDE SECTION WITH AN INHOMOGENEOUS DIELECTRIC INSET [PDF]
Subject and Purpose. In modern dielectrometry, the problem of detecting foreign inclusions in a radio-transparent material, which are significantly smaller than the operational wavelength, remains very important. The problem becomes even more complicated

Complex permittivity of a biased superlattice [PDF]
We study the intersubband response in a superlattice subjected to a homogeneous electric field (a biased superlattice with equipopulated levels) within the tight-binding approximation. We consider the interplay between homogeneous and inhomogeneous mechanisms of broadening.

Electromagnetic tunneling through a single-negative slab paired with a double-positive bi-layer [PDF]
We show that resonant tunneling of electromagnetic fields can occur through a three-layer structure composed of a single-negative (i.e., either negative-permittivity or negative-permeability) slab paired with bi-layer made of double-positive (i.e ...
